Why Is Growing Online with DoorDash Important?

Partner with DoorDash to drive more sales — on the app and through your own website. On the DoorDash app, use Delivery, Pickup, and DashPass to unlock the active (and hungry) DoorDash customer base. Grow your business on your own website with Storefront, which gets you direct, commission-free orders through your site, social media, and Google Search & Maps.

What Is the Storefront Online Ordering System?

With Storefront, you turn website, social media, or Yelp visitors into customers. Orders will show up on your DoorDash tablet or POS integration. Delivery orders will be fulfilled by Dashers and pickup orders will be collected in your store by customers. All Storefront orders are commission-free — you are just responsible for payment processing.

How Do I Set Up Storefront?

If you’re new to DoorDash:
1. Sign up for DoorDash.
2. Storefront is automatically included in your DoorDash partnership plan.

If you only want to sign up for Storefront:
1. Sign up for Storefront.

If you’re a DoorDash partner:
1. Head to the Storefront Tab of your Merchant Portal and click Set Up Storefront.
2. Customize your Storefront.
3. Add the Storefront button to your website or grant us access, so we can do it for you.

Or

1. Go to the Solutions Center in the Merchant Portal. Navigate to “Grow Online” and add Storefront.
2. Follow the prompts to provide other required information.

What is DashPass?

Increase sales by tapping into DashPass subscribers, customers who order more frequently and spend more per order. DashPass is a customer membership program with more than 10 million subscribers that incentivizes more frequent orders, with member-only offers and items, free delivery fees, and lower service fees on eligible orders.
How do I set up DashPass on the Merchant Portal?

If you’re enrolled in our Plus or Premier partnership packages, you’ll automatically become a DashPass store, which means your store will be marketed to DashPass customers as having a $0 delivery fee and reduced service fees. To automatically have DashPass:

1. Sign up for DoorDash.
2. Select the Plus or Premier partnership package.
3. Set up your account on the Merchant Portal.
4. Once you’re live and accepting orders, your restaurant will automatically be tagged and marketed as DashPass eligible.

Or

1. Go to the Solutions Center in the Merchant Portal under “Grow Online” and add DashPass.
2. Follow the prompts to opt into a plan or upgrade your existing plan.

What is Pickup?

59% of Pickup customers use Pickup to try a new restaurant for the first time. Get discovered by new customers and drive more sales by offering Pickup through DoorDash.

How Do I Set Up Pickup?

1. Sign up for DoorDash and choose the partnership package that works for you — all of them include Pickup.
2. Once your account is created, log into the Merchant Portal to add bank information and customize your menu.
3. Enable Pickup in the Merchant Portal before you go live.

Or, if you’re already a DoorDash merchant:

1. Go to the Solutions Center in the Merchant Portal under “Grow Online” and add Pickup.
2. Follow the prompts to opt into a plan or upgrade your existing plan.
