Once you’re a DoorDash partner, log in to the Merchant Portal.
Click the Marketing page from the sidebar.
Select Create Campaign and choose the campaign type based on your goals.
Choose your target audience and budget to launch your campaign.
After your campaign is live, view its performance on the Marketing page in the Merchant Portal. You can make adjustments or end your campaign at any time.
For select U.S. merchants new to DoorDash Marketing, you are eligible for $100 in free marketing credits per store to try your first campaign. For eligible merchants, credits will be automatically applied when you set up your first Sponsored Listing or Promotion and will cover the first $100 per store for Sponsored Listings and $100 per store for Promotions ($200 total per store). After the $100 credit is consumed per store, you will be automatically charged for the remainder of the campaigns per store.
"Sponsored Listings" help you reach new customers and stand out from the crowd by placing your business at the top of relevant DoorDash search results. You’ll only be charged for orders placed through your ad — not for ad clicks or impressions.
When you select your campaign audience, you can choose whether to target new customers, existing customers, or all customers in your delivery area. Your ads will appear based on your relevance to a customer’s search and the strength of your bid compared to other businesses on DoorDash.
"Sponsored Listings" are designed for busy merchants with varying levels of advertising experience. Visit the Grow Your Sales page in the Merchant Portal and we’ll guide you through the creation of your ad campaign. Once your ad is live, you'll easily be able to monitor its performance with our simple campaign analytics.
Your promotion will appear on your DoorDash listing. Customers will also be able to see your Promotion on the "Offers" page — the go-to destination for discovering current promotions and discounts from nearby businesses on DoorDash.
You can target new, existing, lapsed, or all customers in your delivery area by selecting from the following promotions:
Discount for Customers: Boost your order volume by offering a percentage or dollar amount discount. Set a minimum subtotal to increase ticket sizes.
$0 Delivery Fee for New Customers: Entice customers by covering the delivery fee when they place an order from your business.
Offer Free or Discounted Items: Offer customers a free or discounted item from your menu.
*This is a limited-time offer for select merchants in the U.S. valid until terminated by DoorDash; DoorDash may end this offer at any time. Eligible merchants will see the offer available in the Marketing tab in DoorDash's Merchant Portal. Stores that have previously participated in Promos or Sponsored Listings are not eligible for the credit. After the $100 credit is consumed per store, merchants will be automatically charged for the remainder of the campaigns per store. No cash value. Non-transferable.
