Jason Sheehan is a former dishwasher, fry cook, saucier, chef, food editor, reporter, and porn store employee. He was raised in Rochester, New York, has since annoyed the residents of several major American cities by moving there and writing about their restaurants, and is currently a feature writer and restaurant critic at Philadelphia magazine. He is also the author of several books, most of which have nothing at all to do with food.
