Set-Up & Management

If you are an existing DoorDash partner, sign in to your Merchant Portal to get started with Storefront. The signup process takes less than 10 minutes, creating a ready-to-use Storefront link you can immediately add to your website. If you need help from DoorDash to install Storefront, it typically takes 2 business days to get your Storefront added.

If you are not an existing DoorDash partner, use the form at the top of this page to register interest and a member of our onboarding team will reach out to help you get started. Expect this process to take 2-3 weeks from registration to getting your Storefront live.

No, you can now sign up for Storefront without listing your business on DoorDash. If you’d like your business to be on DoorDash, Storefront will be included in whatever DoorDash Partnership Plan you choose. Learn more.

It’s fast and easy to go live with Storefront. In your Merchant portal, go to the "My Storefront" to sign up. Customize your online ordering system, review the fees and terms for your new online store and then install your Storefront to your website to start accepting orders by adding the link to your navigation menu as an “online ordering” button. If you need help, our onboarding team can help you install Storefront for free.

Storefront uses the same menus and hours that you have available on your DoorDash listing on our app. You can use the Merchant Portal to make updates, which will apply to both your regular DoorDash listing and your Storefront.

If you’re not a DoorDash Marketplace partner, you will still use the Merchant Portal to make updates after the onboarding process. Click on the Menus tab in the Merchant Portal to update your menu.

We recommend setting up an account with the web hosting platform of your choice. While you don’t need a website to use Storefront (and can use Storefront as a replacement for a website when linking out to your social media accounts to drive online orders), we’ve seen businesses drive greater success with a website. Order Fulfillment

Receive Storefront orders via tablet, phone, email, or fax. We also offer direct integration with select point-of-sale providers.

Delivery orders will be fulfilled by Dashers, or you can opt to use your own drivers with DoorDash Self-Delivery. Pickup orders will be collected in your store by customers.

DoorDash Storefront is compatible for direct integration with select POS providers. You can have DoorDash orders sent to your POS either through direct POS integrations (SICOM, Novadine, Shift4, Xoikos, Eatsa, Redcat, Aloha, Square, Toast, Adora, Xenial and a few others) or several middleware providers (e.g. Olo Rails, ItsACheckmate, Chowly, Ordermark, Omnivore, Otter, and others).

There are limitations with POS integrations (for example, you can only see future scheduled orders and look up a Dasher’s live location on the tablet), so we recommend keeping your tablet nearby even if orders are being sent directly to your POS.

Reporting and Financials

You can choose to receive a weekly direct deposit from DoorDash or get daily payouts at no charge. Update your payment settings in the Merchant Portal on the Settings tab. If you’re not already on the DoorDash app, you’ll determine your payout schedule in the onboarding process.

Your sales and order-level reporting are available in the DoorDash Merchant Portal in the Orders tab.


Storefront has no monthly fees or commission fees. Instead, you pay payment card processing fees of 2.9% of the total transaction amount + $0.30 per order. For delivery orders fulfilled by Dashers, your customers pay delivery and service fees to DoorDash. If you use your own drivers through DoorDash Self-Delivery, the delivery fee goes to you and there is no service fee.

Customers pay no fees on Pickup orders. For delivery orders fulfilled by Dashers, customers pay a $3.99 delivery fee (CAD $4.99 in Canada) plus a 10% service fee on their order subtotal, both of which go to DoorDash. If you use your own delivery drivers through DoorDash Self-Delivery, you set and receive the delivery fee and the customer pays no service fee.
